(a) Your booking is only definite when we receive a 40% deposit from you and you agree to these terms and conditions.
(b) We do not share customer details with third parties and don’t store your details.

2. Payment
The total amount is due on or before the first day of the retreat by bank transfer.

3. Your Travel
All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at your own cost. We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have made arrangements with or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel. Transfers to/from the retreat are at your own cost. Let us know if you would like us to provide you with a transfer service.

4. Coronavirus
We follow national and local Government guidance.
If you are travelling to our retreats from abroad, it is your responsibility to check the travel advice of your home country.

If you have any Coronavirus symptoms, we require you to stay at home. Should you have any symptoms during your stay, we oblige you to report this as soon as possible and go into self-isolation in another accommodation paid for by you.
Medical costs are your responsibility. We are in no way responsible for any infectious diseases you may contract. In the event of an emergency, lockdown or situation where it is against the law to travel to the accommodation, we will refund your payment.
5. Travel Insurance
We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers the activity of the retreat and unexpected cancellation, sickness, losses and all the usual risks. You should bring the policy with you in case of an emergency.

6. Your Health
(a) It is your responsibility to let your yoga instructor know if you have any injuries and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capability during the retreat. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity during the retreat, you must desist immediately.
(b) It is also your responsibility to consult a doctor with an understanding of yoga to check that you are sufficiently fit and healthy to undertake yoga classes and other physical activities that you may choose to do whilst on the retreat.
(c) Please advise us of any health conditions and dietary requirements before you book or if you have health conditions and dietary requirements that may be affected by the activities offered on our retreats.

7. Cancellation by you
(a) All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking for personal reasons, we will retain your deposit.
(b) If you cancel less than 30 days before the retreat due to Covid - for example, you have contracted Covid or flights aren’t operating from your country (evidence required), we will transfer your deposit to another retreat.
(c) Bookings are for the stated period of the retreat. There are no refunds for any unused portion of the retreat. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your Insurance Policy, you may be able to claim on your insurance.

8. Amendments by us
Occasionally, we may make changes to the retreat schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time. If a significant change becomes necessary, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Cancellation by us
We reserve the right, in any circumstances, to cancel a retreat.
We require a minimum number of at least 75% of the participants to have booked before the start date. If this minimum number is not reached by that date, we may cancel and refund your payment.

If we cancel the retreat for reasons related to Covid (travel bans, lockdown), we will refund you in full (deposit included).

10. Our liability to you
(a) We and the involved parties, such as your yoga instructor, accept the responsibility for ensuring that the retreats are supplied as described and that the services we are contractually obliged to provide are to a reasonable standard.
